Objective: connect for a first discussion to understand mutual suitability.
Action: hold an intro video-call to meet the owners, introduce ourselves and our objectives, and explore alignment on core values.

Objective: share key business information for a detailed valuation.
Action: Execute an NDA and share business plan and other key business information to gain a common understanding of the business performance and operations.

Objective: agree definitive acquisition proposal and understand what is ‘under the hood’.
Action: agree a formal ‘heads of terms’ (HoTs) and review all supporting data and documentation

Objective: conclude the acquisition + ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Action: Finalize all closing requirements + collaborate closely with the seller to facilitate a seamless transition for employees, customers + stakeholders.
